Where do you deliver?
We provide delivery service within Singapore, except:  
  • PSA Ports
  • Army Camps
  • Jurong Island
  • Airport Cargo Complex
  Please kindly take note that, for flower delivery to Sentosa island, there will be an additional charge of S$15.  
How do I know my payment is secure?

You will be directed to the authorised website where you enter your credit/debit card or bank account information for authentication with the bank through secured connection.  We will not disclose your personal information to third party.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accepts payment through credit card (Master/ Visa/ AMEX) via Paypal and internet banking via Xfers.

What is your return policy?

We will be happy to assist you if you would like to cancel your order.  Please contact our customer service for cancel order request within 3 hours before 6pm, for next day delivery.


Items sold are not exchangeable except for items delivered with defects. Please contact our customer service within 3 hours of receipt. In this case, we will replace the defective items at no extra charge.

 

Can I send a card of a message along with my bouquet?

Yes, please indicate your message in the “Include a personal message (Optional)” message box at the beginning of ordering step. Message limit to 200 characters.

 

Do you offer same day delivery?

We are sorry that we can only provide next day delivery for now.

 

What happens if the recipient is not present at the delivery location?

Please kindly note that, if the recipient is not at the given location and the flower cannot be delivered, there will be an additional charge of S$15 for each subsequent attempt to deliver your flowers, including a relocation request. In the event that the given number is not contactable, we will send to your neighbors or leave it at the front door.

 

How do I order?

You can order directly from our online store at http://lushandlove.sg via desktop PC or mobiles devices. Our website is optimised with responsive design and the ordering process is hassle-free. You may also made your order via WhatsApp message, simply drop us a message and we will contact you within 90 mins.

 

How do i check the status of my order?

We will send you confirmation upon payment received. Similarly, we will also send you notification via email as soon as we receive the delivery information from our delivery service provider.
